Established in 1995, Van Lang University (VLU) is one of Vietnam’s leading private universities, consistently ranked among the Top 4 in the country. VOI’s investment in VLU capitalized on the explosive growth of Vietnam’s education sector, a multi-billion-dollar market. During our tenure, we supported VLU’s strategic expansion and operational excellence by engaging global advisors like PwC and Booz (Strategy&), strengthening financial governance, and implementing a new ERP system. Having fully exited the investment, we are confident in VLU’s continued growth as a cornerstone of Vietnam’s higher education landscape.
