Giao joined VOI in 2018 as Head of Investments and was appointed CEO in June 2023. Before joining VOI, he spent nine years at Viet Capital Asset Management, where he
focused on private equity investments in the healthcare and education sectors. Prior to moving to Vietnam in 2008, Giao worked in portfolio management at Alcon, a global pharmaceutical leader, and SVL Holdings, a boutique investment management firm. His career in finance began at Salomon Smith Barney.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Giao has an extensive academic background, having served as an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Texas at Austin. His research has been featured in leading finance journals, including the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis and The Financial Review.

Giao holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a CFA charterholder.

Prior to joining VOI in 2018, Thuy served as a Senior
Investment Manager at VinaCapital, specializing in private equity. Before that, she worked as an Investment Manager and Portfolio Manager, overseeing two investment funds with a combined AUM of USD 150 million. Thuy is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master’s degree in Agribusiness, complemented by a strong foundation in Economics.

Giang has over 24 years of experience in finance and investment, specializing in portfolio management, M&A transactions, investment sourcing, business development, asset management, and capital raising. She is also skilled in financial management, product positioning, marketing, and branding strategy.

As Associate Investment Director at VOI, Giang leads investment origination and divestment activities while overseeing the company’s investment assets. Since joining in 2021, she has played a key role in enhancing VOI’s investment portfolio.

Previously, Giang spent 11 years at Indochina Capital as Investment Director, managing a real estate portfolio of nine projects valued at approximately USD 600 million across Vietnam. She also served as Managing Director at Dong Phuong Technology and Education Company.

Giang holds a Master of Finance from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Adelaide, Australia.

Tram was an ex-auditor turned into investment professional who has 18 years of experience in the field. She is proficient in all aspects of private investment: deal sourcing, deal execution & due diligence and divestment. Having led a number of deals, her focus sectors include: Renewable Energy (both Wind & Solar), Healthcare & Education. Prior to joining VOI in 2019, Tram has worked for various fund manager including Viet Capital Asset Management and VinaCapital.

Tram holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade from Foreign Trade University – HCM city, and currently Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA ).

Quang has nearly 10 years of experience in finance and investment advisory, working in various senior roles in Deloitte and Saigon Securities Inc. With expertise spanning both public and private equity, Quang joined VOI in 2024 as an Associate Portfolio Manager, focusing on asset management and portfolio execution.

Quang earned a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Auditing from the National Economics University and holds various professional certifications, including ACCA, CPA Vietnam, and the Fund Management Certificate.

Bach started his career at the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange in 2014 before joining VNDirect Securities as a Senior Equity Analyst in its Manufacturing – Consumer & Retail sector in 2019. He joined VOI in 2024 as an Investment Associate, initially working on equity research for the public portfolio.

Bach holds a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and is a CFA Level II candidate.

Prior to joining VOI in 2023, Quoc Dung was an Investment Associate at a Venture Capital firm (ThinkZone Ventures), where he led various pre- and seed-staged deals in FinTech, InsurTech, and eCommerce. Dung holds Bachelor’s degree from University of California at Berkeley in Economics, and Data Science.

Prior to joining VOI in 2017, Thanh was a finance executive at Vietjet Aviation Jsc and a team leader of a consulting and auditing company. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from University of Economics HCMC and holds a Chief Accountant Certificate. Thanh is currently a candidate of ACCA.

Prior to joining VOI, Ms. Binh was Head of HR of Vineco Company Limited (a company of Vingroup). Before that, She spent years as senior Human Resources executive at Suntory Pepsico Vietnam Beverage, Human resources Manager at NCS Technology Corporation. She holds a bachelor from Hanoi University and has SHRM Certification training.
